I started using zacks a few months back mainly to look up stock ratings and get a few ideas instead of just guessing on my own. I’m not saying every recommendation is a winner, because that’s not realistic, but it has helped me slow down and make decisions with a little more common sense behind them.

The site felt a bit cluttered at first, but after using it for a while I figured out where to look. So far my portfolio is up, and for me that’s what matters. It’s been worth using, and I’m happy with it overall...

I mostly use Zacks Investment Research when I want to check stock ratings, earnings updates, or get a quick read on what analysts are saying. There’s definitely a lot of detail in the research, which can be a good thing if you’re the type who likes digging through the numbers.

That said, the site can feel a little crowded at times, and I don’t always find it super easy to follow. Some of the reports are genuinely helpful, but others start to feel repetitive after a while.

Overall, I think Zacks Investment Research is useful and worth checking, but I wouldn’t rely on it by itself. For me, it’s a solid research tool, just not the final word before I make an investing decision.

I’ve been using the stock screener often, and it saves me a lot of time. The filters are simple enough that I can narrow things down fast, and I’ve found a few stocks I probably wouldn’t have noticed on my own. I also had a quick question about one of the filters and support basically said, “Try combining it with a market cap range to clean up the results,” which actually helped. Overall, it’s become one of the features I use the most.

I’ve been using zacks.com when I want to check stock info. Not all the time, but enough. Their claims don’t usually feel like random hype, which I appreciate. There’s actual detail there. Charts, numbers, reasoning. Stuff I can look at and decide for myself. It’s not perfect, sure. No finance site is. But compared to a lot of others I’ve tried, I trust it more.

I was able to check stocks quickly on my phone, and the pages loaded without any issues. It did the basic job, but I was a little disappointed because I expected the experience to feel a bit smoother or more impressive.

To be fair, they did help me get it sorted out, but I wish the charges and renewal details were a little easier to understand upfront

I used Zacks Investment Research for a little while, the actual content seemed decent. But the whole pricing situation really got on my nerves.

It felt like I had to waste a bunch of energy clicking around just to figure out what was included, what I’d actually be paying, and what might cost extra later. That stuff should not feel like a scavenger hunt.

Maybe it’s easier if you already know their services, but as a regular user, I found it confusing and kind of frustrating. I’d probably like it more if they just put the pricing and plan details right up front

I signed up on zacks.com the email amount has been manageable. I get updates and alerts regularly, but it doesn’t feel over the top, you know, like when some sites just flood your inbox. Most of them are easy to skim, and I can quickly decide what’s worth reading. So far... no real complaints. It’s been a simple way to keep up with market stuff without feeling annoyed by it

zacks was super easy to get around, like really easy. I found what I needed quickly and didn’t feel confused or lost at all

They did end up helping me in the end, so I’ll give them that. But it took way longer than it should have, and it felt like the issue sat around on their side for a while before anyone really handled it.

After getting a few issues, I noticed I was actually clicking through and reading most of the links, which doesn’t usually happen with newsletters. The topics line up well with what I’m already interested in, so it feels useful instead of random

I mostly use Zacks for the alerts, and they usually come through quickly. I’m often checking them in between other stuff, so I don’t have a ton of time to dig around, and the alerts help me keep up without feeling totally behind. A couple did seem to land a little late, but overall it’s been useful.

I was in a bit of a rushed mood when I used it, so maybe that made it feel more frustrating, but I did have a hard time finding what I needed. The navigation works okay overall, it just feels a little crowded in places

Took their lessons investing started making way more sense. Used to feel lost looking at stock charts, but now feel a lot more confident reading them.

I was able to cancel in the end, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t as straightforward as I expected it to be. I had to click around for a bit and look through a few different areas before I finally found where to do it. Once I got to the right spot, the actual cancellation went through fine, but I do think the process could be made a lot more obvious and simple
